We aim to be the most sought-after convention to attend for Vendors by taking your vendor experience and raising the bar on your experience. Outside food is not allowed, but we do not want you to starve. All Booth prices include food and passes.

  • 2 Vendor Passes for the weekend
  • Early Check-in on the 22nd
  • Vendor access to the VIP Dining area (your meals are included and catered by the Hilton)
  • Vendors that choose the 20 x 10 booth will be listed on the Home page as a featured Vendor at no extra cost, giving you exposure ahead of time.




Dining in....

  • Breakfast

    Saturday is a long day. With that in mind, there will be more hardy fare available. 

  • Between Main Meals

    There will be snacks to choose from to keep your energy up.

  • Lunch

    Fear not. Burgers and Pizza is overdone. There will be protein and salad among your options.

  • Unlimited Beverages

    Water, Coffee, Tea, Soda


    All day.

  • Rules & Limitations

    Any Vendor caught sharing their badge to let unauthorized persons into the dining room will be charged an additional fee and may face not being welcome to future events. Food is provided based on the number of diners we are expecting. Letting someone in that was not expected is taking food from someone who paid.
